Privacy Policy

According to D.Lgs 30 June 2003 n.196 (Privacy Code) and following amendments, plaese find here below all information about the management of your personal data

Purposes
-Personal data will be managed for the following purposes:
-To send you the requested information
-Administrative activities linked to the relationship with customers
-Bookkeping activity (to issue invoices, payments..)
-Supply of goods or services to preserve our creditor role
-Informative activities to satisfy requests about products, services or offers
-Mailing list, unless you expressly do not agree
Storage of data
The management of data will be made manually or electronically, by means that guarantee the maximum safety  and secrecy , by people expressly charged to do that, in compliance with artt. 31 e segg. D.Lgs 196/03. Data will be stored  for a time no longer than the one necessary to the purposes here above.

Communication 
Your data will no be widespread but they could be communicated to Companies linked with CEME SpA , only for the following purposes: to comply to contracts or fora any other aim related to them. Data could be communicated to:
-Companies that  manage the informative system of CEME SpA and the telecommunication network (also e-mails)
-Companies who provide their service to acquire, record and manage data from documents; or supports supplied by customers themselves concerning payments, cheques and other titles; 
-Consultants
-Auditors or people who provide certificates,in the interest of customers too
-Authorities, in compliance with law obligations or requests of public bodies.
All these categories have the role of Representative of data management. The list is available by CEME SpA.

Agreement
The consent  to data management is not compulsory, anyway without it CEME SpA. could not provide the requested services, necessary to comply with any contract obligation, accounting or fiscal.The holder of data states that non-comunication or a wrong comunication of data can cause 1)The holder could be unaible to grant the management of data upon the agreed terms 2) possible no-compliance with fiscal , administrative or labor regulations, that is the aim of the data management.

Art. 7.  Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed  a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2);e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionateeffort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part,a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
